VERSA’s founders are two former U.S. Air Force SERE specialists, or experts in Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape in all environments. Both founders had secret level clearances while active duty. Both founders have enhanced their military experience in the private sector. The Founders
Thomas – Co-Founder, Director of Operations

Thomas spent his career teaching the military’s most elite operators how to survive the impossible. As a U.S. Air Force SERE specialist, he trained special operations forces in captivity resistance and survival under extreme duress. Later, he was contracted by the military to run advanced POW and resistance simulations — programs that measure not just skill, but human limits.

Thomas brings that same edge to VERSA. His philosophy is simple: you don’t rise to the occasion, you fall to your level of training. Every program he builds is designed to push a crew past comfort — because comfort never saved a life.

Conner – Co-Founder, Director of Security Development

Also a former SERE specialist, Conner transitioned into the private sector, developing high-level security and crisis response programs for Blue Cross Blue Shield. His specialty? Translating military precision into corporate resilience.

At VERSA, Conner leads all security design and stress test development. He knows that real confidence doesn’t come from what you think you can handle — it comes from what you’ve already been through. His programs don’t teach reaction — they teach control.
